5. Bookings & Appointments
When booking an assessment, tutoring session, or any other service through our website or directly with our team:
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of a session fee where applicable
- The Caribbean Dyslexia Centre reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where it determines it is not able to meet a client’s needs
6. Donations
All donations made to the Caribbean Dyslexia Centre are voluntary and non-refundable unless made in error. We are committed to using donations responsibly and in alignment with our mission. Donors will receive confirmation of their contribution upon request.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes as a result of any donation. Campaign targets are aspirational and reflect our goals, not binding commitments.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and programme materials — is the intellectual property of the Caribbean Dyslexia Centre unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
