CREATIVE THINKERS LAB
Established in 2018 as a collaboration between Norman Mayers of redmango studios and Yvonne Spencer at the Caribbean Dyslexia Centre to explore the relationship between dyslexic thinking and innovation.
The Creative Thinkers Lab is now an independent program for Learners who are 13 years old and over. It offers a high tech Self-Organized Learning Environment in Wildey St. Michael, designed to help students who think differently reach their full potential.
The goal of the Lab is to allow students to experience and showcase their own distinct brand of brilliance. The curriculum is based on the six dyslexic thinking skills; Visualizing, Exploring, Communicating, Connecting, Imagining, and Reasoning.

PROJECT UPLIFT
The Montreal Fluency Centre from Canada invites teachers in Barbados to take part in free multidisciplinary international teams that teach new ways to assess and treat communication difficulties. The Montreal Fluency Centre offers specialized assessment to children from preschool through young adulthood.
